Kanye West faces Winding-up Petition

American rapper, Kanye West’s company “Kanye West Limited” faces a winding-up petition later today in the Companies Court in London. The directors are Mr Kanye Omari West (DOB: 1977) and his “style advisor” Virgil Abloh (DOB: 1980) set up and incorporated the Company on 19 October 2011. The company have provided very little by way of filings at Companies House and have never filed accounts so little is know about the value or worth of West’s UK company.
The winding-up procedure involves a petitioning creditor seeking the company be wound up by the Companies Court on the basis of insolvency demonstrated for example by the inability of the company to pay debts of at least £750 as and when they fall due.
