As we reported last week, a petition to wind up Follett Stock LLP has been filed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and was due to be heard at the Companies Court on Monday 30 September 2013 before Registrar Jones. The Truro based law firm was served a winding up petition by HMRC in August in relation to outstanding tax bills.
The winding up petition has been adjourned to 21 October 2013 which will give Follett Stock LLP time to pay the outstanding tax bill to HMRC or consider other insolvency arrangement.
