The former parent company of Watford Football Club was wound up today.
The company was used to float the football club on the stock market although it was de-listed before former owner Laurence Bassini took control in 2011. Its involvement with the club ceased permanently when the current owners, the Pozzo family, bought the club last year.
The winding up order was made by Registrar Derrett in the Companies Court section of the High Court after a petition was presented by City Law firm, Dentons LLP.
