Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”) are seeking the winding up of Londonderry scaffolding firm Watkins Scaffolding Services Ltd.
Watkins on The Brink of Being Wound Up
It is understood that a petition to wind up the company, Watkins Scaffolding Services Ltd, of 20 Linesfort Drive, Londonderry, was presented on 5 March 2014 by the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Belfasat on 1 May 2014.
