A Winding-up Petition presented by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to the Belfast High Court against Portadown FC has reportedly been dismissed due to the club paying their unpaid bill.
Petition Dismissed
The Winding Up Petition was reportedly dismissed at a brief hearing in Belfast High Court by a Crown Solicitor and agreed by Bankruptcy Master Kelly.
The Crown Solicitor said:
“My application is to have it dismissed with no order to costs”
The bankruptcy Master, Kelly had agreed to the move and said:
“It has been paid in full”
